Peter Costa, Food & Beverage Manager

Involved in the hotel and restaurant business most of his working life, Peter is the present owner of Across the Road Restaurant on Mt. Pleasant Road. Following a spell as Catering Manager at The Sutton Place Hotel, Peter co-founded Pronto Ristorante where he spent sixteen years. Peter brings a wealth of Food and Beverage experience to the Coppinwood team.

Steve Green CPGA, Associate Professional

Steve joined the CPGA in 1993. As an Apprentice he spent his first season at Sleepy Hollow Country Club before moving on to Thornhill Country Club where he spent 9 seasons, 4 as the Associate Professional. After a brief stint with Acushnet Canada in 2003, he spent 2004 and 2005 as the Associate Golf Professional at Eagles Nest Golf Club.

Joseph DiClemente, Membership Director

Prior to Coppinwood, Joseph worked at two of Canada’s premiere golf facilities – Magna Golf Club in Aurora and Eagles Nest Golf Club in Maple. He was part of the opening day team at each and played an integral role in their start-up and growth; and from each, brings a customer focused mindset. Joseph’s experience and skills span the areas of Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales, having held positions as Golf Operations Supervisor, Assistant Golf Professional, Tournament Coordinator, and Event & Corporate Golf Sales.
